Can I create an account directly in the app?
The first account registration is created through the Holirem website. After that, you can sign in to the app with the same details.
Is the Holirem app paid?
No. You can download the Holirem app free from the App Store or Google Play. Selected free content and Premium-only content are available in the app.
Is payment made through the app?
No. Premium subscription selection and payment are completed securely through the Holirem website. After payment, Premium access is assigned to your app account automatically.
How do I sign in to the app with my web account?
After downloading the app, sign in with the email and password you used on the website. You do not need separate accounts for web and app.
What can I access with free membership?
With free membership, you can explore selected remedies, symptoms, trainings, podcasts and expert content, and try the free features available to your account.
What can I access with Premium?
Premium gives access to the expanded remedy and symptom library, Bach flowers, tissue salts, podcasts, expert content and other Premium resources.
Are all trainings included in Premium?
No. Trainings in the Premium library are included, while some live or advanced trainings may be sold separately. Premium members receive a 10% member discount on these trainings.
Are online sessions included in Premium?
No. Online sessions are booked and paid for separately. Premium membership does not include session fees.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly Premium?
Both options provide access to the same Premium content. Monthly renews each month. Yearly is charged once per year and gives 12 months of access for the price of 10.
Does Premium renew automatically?
